I did a quick weightlifting
video with 8 lb weights (it hurt!), followed by about 40 minutes on the bike trainer while watching the latest episode of 'Bones.' My pumpkin tarts for our annual pre-Thanksgiving dinner were in the oven so the entire apartment smells like pumpkin. I'm glad I squeezed in a workout because now I won't feel guilty for gorging myself for the rest of the day.
